3. Purchases and Payments
When you place an order through our Services, you agree to pay the listed price, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges disclosed at checkout. We accept various payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal) processed through secure third-party providers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use it.
Orders are not binding until we accept them (e.g., via confirmation email). We may cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
For subscriptions or auto-ship programs, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel via your account or by contacting us. Cancellation policies will be provided at enrollment.
All sales are final except as outlined in our Return Policy (incorporated by reference and available on our website). We may offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to inspection and time limits (e.g., within 30 days of receipt).
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping details, rates, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy (incorporated by reference). We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. International shipments may incur duties, taxes, or fees, which are your responsibility.
