As a consultant and executive leader, Hung is known for building practical, high-performing systems: supplier qualification programs that reduce risk before it starts, documentation and batch record controls that protect product integrity, corrective and preventive action programs that solve root causes—not symptoms—and continuous improvement frameworks that keep standards rising as organizations scale.
