We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return items (opened or unopened) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or replacement.

Return Process

• Contact us at ecommerce@Wellgevitynutrition.com or 909-492-4451 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and preference (refund, exchange, or replacement).
• Ship the item(s) back to us at your expense (unless the return is due to our error, in which case we provide a prepaid label).
• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and received in resalable condition with original packaging.

Refunds and Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Damaged or incorrect items: We cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Exceptions

• No returns on perishable items, personalized products, or items marked as final sale.
• Refunds exclude any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your location.
